BCG FORMS NEW EQUIPMENT FINANCING COMPANY

Barrie, Ontario --February 17, 2009 – BCG Business Capital Group Inc., an innovative firm within Canada’s equipment finance industry, today announced the establishment of Balfour Capital Inc.

The new company, formed by BCG and CIT Canada, acquired the business operations arm of BCG and will arrange and fund financing for new and used equipment, focusing on the needs of small and medium-sized businesses in a range of industries.
